You can cancel or change your booking for no fee up until the 24 hours before your tour. We understand that plans change and things happen. Simply hit the cancel link on the receipt you are emailed at booking. We will process a full refund within 1 business day. Your bank might take longer to process their part of the refund.

 

If you cancel or change your booking within the 24-hour period before the tour, you will not be refunded UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RESELL THE TICKETS. In the event we are able to resell your spots, we will issue a full refund. If there is availability, you might be able to reschedule the tour at another time for a rebook fee. Our availability changes quickly each day so every change made within the 24-hour period will require authorization from a representative.  To make changes within that 24-hour period, make sure to contact us via the call button in the app.
