Most tours outside of the marina have transportation included for free. There are multiple pickup locations within a short distance of where you are tendered.

Tendering is notoriously slow in Cabo. It will take you at least 45 minutes to get to the dock and it could take you hours. Many tour companies will not refund your money if you miss your tour because of a slow tender. Give yourself plenty of time to get to your activity.
