About Cabo SUP
Cabo SUP has been Medano Beach's premier water sports outfitter since 2009. Founded by Lee and Meredith Vosburgh — paddlers who fell in love with the Sea of Cortez after moving to Cabo as on-site partners at the Bahia Hotel — Cabo SUP is built on a genuine passion for the ocean and for sharing it with visitors.
Located at the SUR Beach House on Medano Beach, Cabo SUP offers stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling tours, and wave runner guided tours with the iconic Land's End Arch as a backdrop. Every rental includes a safety lesson and in-water briefing so you're comfortable and confident before you head out. Guided tours depart early morning (7–8:30 AM) for the calmest water and best wildlife sightings.

Lee was an incredible instructor — patient, knowledgeable, and so enthusiastic about the ocean. We did the guided SUP tour at sunrise and it was the highlight of our entire trip. The water was glassy and we saw a sea turtle!

Rented boards for two hours and it was perfect. The safety lesson on the beach was thorough without being overwhelming. Medano Bay is the ideal spot — calm, clear, and stunning views of the Arch.

Did the early morning guided tour — best decision of the trip. The water is so calm at 7am and you basically have the bay to yourself. Lee knows every inch of these waters. Worth every penny.

Age & Safety
Most activities welcome all ages. Wave runners require minimum age 18 to drive. Children welcome on guided tours with an adult.
All guides are certified and trained in water safety and first aid. Life jackets provided for all activities. Equipment inspected before every session.
