I am terrified of heights and I still had the time of my life. The instructors were so calm and encouraging — they never pushed, just supported. The pulley braking system means you literally cannot go wrong. The canyon views are stunning and the suspension bridge had everyone screaming and laughing.

Best activity in all of Los Cabos, full stop. The fact that it is right in San José del Cabo means no long drive. The PETZL equipment is top-notch and you can tell the instructors really know their stuff. The rappel down the canyon wall was my favorite part — absolutely exhilarating.

We did this on our last day and it was the perfect way to end the trip. The canyon is beautiful and the zip lines give you incredible views. The instructors were professional and fun. The whole experience was about 2.5 hours and felt very well-paced. Do not miss this one.

Really well-run operation. The safety briefing was thorough and the equipment is clearly top quality. The rappel was more challenging than I expected — in a good way! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that parking can be a bit tricky to find. Once you are there though, it is fantastic.

Age & Safety
Minimum age is 7 years old. Minors under 15 must be accompanied by an adult without exception. Maximum weight: 260 lbs for ziplining, 235 lbs for rappelling. Expecting mothers and individuals with vertigo, limited mobility, or recent surgery are not eligible.
All equipment is PETZL PRO certified and inspected before every tour. The pulley braking system eliminates user error — no hand braking required. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or substances. Canopy Costa Azul is fully licensed and insured under Mexican tourism regulations.
Cancellation Policy
Shared tours: free cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice. Private tours: cancellations require at least 7 days' notice. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. Weather or safety cancellations receive a full refund or complimentary reschedule.
